Reduce costs • Minimize field workload • Improve efficiency and accuracy

Enable your maintenance team to focus on higher-value tasks, while receiving alerts only when inspection is required.

E-FUJIYAMA is a wireless, real-time machine condition monitoring system designed to help maintenance teams detect abnormalities in motors through vibration and temperature data. It allows multiple machines to be monitored simultaneously, reducing the need for routine manual inspections across the plant.

  • Why Is Condition Monitoring More Accurate?

Effective machine condition monitoring is not based on a single measurement at one point in time. It focuses on tracking data trends over time to identify gradual changes that may indicate an emerging issue.

The system measures temperature and vibration across three axes—X, Y, and Z—helping maintenance teams detect early signs of abnormal conditions and plan inspections before they affect production.

  • Wireless Data Transmission from Multiple Machines to One Screen

Each Sensor Box transmits data to the Master Unit via 920 MHz radio frequency, reducing the complexity of wiring and supporting installation on motors of various sizes.

Data from multiple Sensor Boxes is consolidated and displayed on a single computer screen, allowing users to monitor machine conditions conveniently from a central location.

  • Real-Time Monitoring with Historical Trend Analysis

Users can monitor current machine conditions in real time through a PC and review historical data to compare performance trends.

    This enables maintenance teams to:
  • Analyze changes in vibration and temperature levels
  • Identify machines that require closer attention
  • Plan maintenance activities faster and more systematically

  • Alerts When Inspection Is Needed

The system allows users to set alert thresholds based on operational requirements. When vibration or temperature values exceed the specified limits, the system notifies the maintenance team so they can inspect the equipment promptly.
  • Reduce unnecessary routine inspections
  • Respond to abnormal conditions more quickly
  • Minimize the risk of production disruption

  • Scalable for Large-Scale Machine Monitoring

E-FUJIYAMA supports up to 600 connected units, making it suitable for factories with multiple machines and a need for centralized condition monitoring.
  • Compatible with motors of various sizes
  • Reduces limitations associated with signal wiring
  • Scalable according to the number of machines
  • Ideal for factories seeking to improve maintenance operations through data-driven management

Transform Routine Inspections into Data-Driven Maintenance

E-FUJIYAMA transforms machine inspection from scheduled manual rounds into continuous, data-driven monitoring. It helps maintenance teams inspect equipment, when necessary, reduce unplanned downtime, and use maintenance resources more efficiently.
