RETURN POLICY Product exchange

Products purchased from (except Pre-Order items) can be exchanged within 7 days.

(From the date of receiving the product) The conditions for exercising this right are as follows:

  1. The product must be in perfect, unused condition. It must not have been altered or washed.
  2. The product labels are complete.
  3. The packaging must be in its original condition, with no scratches or tears.

We reserve the right not to accept product exchanges in the event that

  1. Product or packaging through use or through modification.
  2. Contact is considered delayed if it occurs more than 7 days (from the date of receiving the product).

The procedure for requesting a product exchange.

1. Notification to exchange products. Please notify us of any product exchange within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting our online customer service at 02-651-9799, extension 14.

 2. Checking the information for the product exchange. Staff will review and contact you within 1-3 business days to notify you of the approval results for the product exchange.

3. When returning products after receiving approval to exchange them from the staff office, please wrap the items carefully to prevent damage during transportation. Specify the name of the recipient and address as follows:

Frequently asked questions

Can I change my size?
You can change your size within 7 days, provided the product has not been worn or washed and is in the original packaging. You can change it once per order, free of charge at the store. The store returned the customer. (The customer is responsible for the cost of returning it to the store)
